Whatever the media, Garlock has a product designed to cut installation costs, reduce start-up time and keep your equipment running.

Garlock gaskets are made from a unique blend of fibers, fillers and a choice of several rubber binders including nitrile, SBR, neoprene and EPDM. Garlock Blue-Gard Gaskets excel in a wide range of industrial applications from water, saturated steam, oils, gasoline and other fuels to aliphatic hydrocarbons, refrigerants, inert gases and mild chemicals. Garlock gasket material generally comes in sheets of 60" x 60" or 60" x 120".

Garlock also offers a complete line of asbetos-free compression packing for valves, reciprocating and centrifugal pumps, agitators and other equipment. Fast Lube Oil Change System (FLOCS) or Oil Thief system

Advanced Fluid Connectors has taken the Eaton Aeroquip Fast Lube Oil Change System (FLOCS) to the next level by incorporating the unit with a mobile container and accessories package. FLOCS systems are a faster, safer and cleaner method of removing engine oil by evacuating the fluid via pumping. The system incorporates the FLOCS unit with a mobile 55 gallon drum and the hoses and quick disconnects you need in a simple and affordable package. This system allows you to quickly change engine oil anywhere at your facility and empty the waste oil fewer times and at your convenience.

Features and Benefits:

• FLOCS oil evacuation by pumping is much quicker than traditional gravity drain methods and reduces vehicle turn-around times and labor costs.
• Unit reverse pumps the waste oil from it's container to your long-term container.
• FLOCS units allow oil evacuation even when HOT.
• Automatic shutoff valve stops unit when all oil has been removed.
• Reduced connections keep the evacuated oil and engine cleaner resulting in less wear and fewer costs.
• Quick disconnect allows for one-handed connecting and disconnecting of evacuation hose and eliminates damaged or cross-threaded drain plugs.
